Spicy Dry Fish Snack Chaat

Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Marathi Masale’s dry fish snacks
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup sev (gram flour noodles)
  • 1 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Crush the dry fish snacks slightly and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chili.
  3. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney over the mixture.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with sev and fresh coriander.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
