Masala Dry Fish Fry (Sukat Fry)

Introduction:

Ingredients:

  • 200g dry fish (cleaned and soaked)
  • 2 tbsp Marathi Masale’s fish fry masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp rice flour (for coating)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the dry fish with turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Coat the fish with Marathi Masale’s fish fry masala and rice flour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish until golden and crispy on both sides.
  4. Serve hot as a snack or side dish with chutney or salad.
